Gross Rentals
All property operating costs such as Rates & Taxes, Levies and Building Insurance etc. to be paid by the owner for the duration of the lease.
The tenant pays the Electricity, Water, Refuse and Insurance on the tenants contents stored inside and outside of building (the property) during the lease period.
Note: Any increase in the property operating costs during the lease period, this increase will be paid by the tenant and a clause relating to this increase is always embodied in the lease agreement.
Net Rentals
All property operating costs such as Rates & Taxes, Levies, Building Insurance etc. to be paid by the tenant for duration of the lease.
The tenant shall also pay for Electricity, Water, Refuse and Insurance on the contents owned by the Tenant that is stored inside and outside of the building (the property) during the lease period.
